High School Transcript Prep Policy

You must purchase one service for each student for whom you need a high school transcript prepared.

By completing the data form, you will provide us with the necessary information to complete your student's high school transcript. 

 

Please complete this form carefully to ensure the information you provide is accurate. *Disclaimer: Since we prepare the transcript based on information that you provide; we are not liable for errors relating to the any information requested on this form and provided by the customer. As this is a customized product, no refunds will be issued.

 

If you ordered this as a one-time purchase, you would receive 1 copy of the customized transcript and will have up to 7 days from the time you it is either postdated if delivered by postal mail or the date the email was sent if delivered electronically to review and notify us of any changes that you would like made. We will only revise the transcript one time.

 

If you purchased the subscription, you were charged for the first transcript at the time of purchase and will be charged a second time 6 months later for a total of 2 billing cycles. The purchase of this subscription entitles you to 1 high school transcript and 1 update per 6 months for as long as you have the subscription. Upon receiving your first transcript, you will have up to 7 days from the time you it is either postdated if delivered by postal mail or the date the email was sent if delivered electronically to review and notify us of any changes that you would like made. We will only revise the transcript one time.

 

Once we receive the completed form and your subscription account is established, we will begin preparing your student's high school transcript. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
